It’s just about spring. Did 2 races the past 2 weekends, BWR AZ and Cactus Cup. Placed 5th at BWR after going solo off the front for quite a long while, in the end I was caught by a strong chase group. Cactus Cup I was 3rd. Content with that for early season racing with some pretty strong competition.
Evie also raced Cactus Cup on a single speed and got 2nd. Mattie did better than both of us and got 1st in her little kids race 🙂
More MBAA races coming up then Whiskey 50 at the end of April before heading up to South Dakota. Just ordered siding for the front of the house and have some windows and a slider to install in the new master bedroom. Plenty to keep us busy this summer along with playing in the creek, riding bikes, and listening to music in the park.
